I became a fitness professional because I had grown up as a very overweight kid/pre-teen who also has Tourette Syndrome which led to a lot of social anxiety and self-image issues. Through fitness I have been able to not only resolve those self-image issues, but I have also significantly reduced the symptoms of my disorder and found the sport of powerlifting where I earned the opportunity to travel overseas and compete as a US athlete in the 2021 IPL World Championships, placing 2nd in the world for my age division!
I aim to use my story and resilience to inspire as many people as I can to pursue a healthier & happier lifestyle which will help support them as they chase their dreams and strive for greatness!
I appoint most of my focus as a coach into functional strength training & body recomposition. I strive to help people develop strength that not only provides confidence but is also extremely applicable to real-world everyday situations! Through the utilization of various equipment such as but not limited to: kettlebells, medicine balls, stability balls, resistance bands, etc. I provide my clients with all of the tools & resources you need to develop a functionally strong & durable mind and body that will be more than ready to tackle any hardships that life may throw at you!
